SUPER-STRENGTH INDUSTRIAL LIMESCALE STRIPPER 

DEFINITION
Powerful acidic limescale remover and stripper for use on all industrial devices. Powerful stripper for all oxidised metal cladding. 

ADVANTAGES
Rapidly dissolves limescale, scale, carbon deposits, concrete, cement, etc. Ready to use. Can be used undiluted or diluted in water. 

APPLICATION  FIELDS
Cement  stripping. Can be used cold to remove rust, strip, and descale without harming iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass,  bronze  or nickel. However,  this  product  may  be  harmful  to  installations  composed  of  light  alloys,  such as  aluminium,  or  galvanised  sheet  metal.
Can  be  used  cold  to  strip  boilers,  pipes,  heat  exchangers,  radiators,  heating  coils  and  any  industrial installation  in  just  a  few  minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS  FOR  USE
Product  is  ready-to-use,  and  can  be  used  undiluted  to  achieve  optimal  results  for  tough  scale-removing jobs.

Always  pour  744  into water.  Never  pour  water  into  744.

For  regular  corrosion  and  scale  removal  jobs,  dilute  the  product  to  20-30%  in  water. Product  should be  used  on  installations  at  rest and  cold.  Ensure  good  ventilation  above  the  installation  to prevent  accumulation  of  carbon  dioxide.  Fill the  installation  half  full  of water and  slowly  add  the  required quantity  of  744.  Top  up  with  water  once  the  effervescence  has  subsided.  To  accelerate  the  scale  removal process,  it  is  advised  to  circulate  the  mixture  in  a  closed  loop  or  to  use compressed  air.
The  time required  depends  on  the  extent  of  fouling,  and  can  be  up  to  24  hours.  Do  not  leave  for  longer  than 24  hours.
In  extreme cases,  it may  be  necessary  to  repeat  the  operation.   After  treatment,  it  is  essential  to  drain,  neutralise  then  rinse  the  part  or installation with water  to  eliminate any  product  residue,  especially  if  the  product  was  used  at  high  concentrations.  Check  that  pH  is  7.
